This weekend I was delighted to be voted back in as National President of the National Federation of Fish Friers.
It is a full on role but I am supported by a great board and an amazing back office team in Leeds. It does take a lot of my spare time up but I have some fantastic adventures too and get to meet some amazing people.
I take this job very seriously as I have the responsibility of a trade 160 years in the making testing on my shoulders!
