• We have now almost completed all of the work at the shop. It’s been a tough few weeks but we have got there.  We think is looking great so we hope you like it.

We have had a few teething problems as we have to find new ways of working as a team with the new layout and new equipment, but each shift is getting easier. You only find out where thinks need tweaking when you are busy and under pressure.  We thank you all for your patience. The best way to describe it is that it’s like waking up behind the wheel of a car, on the motorway, at rush hour and you have forgotten how to drive! Everything in the shop has changed and it’s just a process we have to go through to find new routines.  We really do try to get it right and we want this to be a shop everybody in the area is proud of.

Order ‘bump’ screen

We have installed this bit of technology to reduce errors and make the shop run more smoothly. It displays all the orders so we can cook to order and keep quality high.

Our new loyalty scheme will also be up and running next week, I just have some changes to make to the software before we launch it officially. It will replace the old stamp cards, a scheme we have run for a year now. and will be made to do much more as it develops.
