2.3 Cleaning

It is important the shop is kept clean and tidy, not just for appearance but also so it is food safe.  We have a weekly cleaning rota whih you must complete.

 

 

If you ever have spare time you can always find something to do on the cleaning rota.

CLEANING NON FOOD SURFACES

Non food surfaces can be cleaned with hot soapy water and a cloth.

FOOD SURFACES

This includes all counter tops and work tops as well as handles and telephne.

  1. Clean area with hot soapy water
  2. Dry off with Blue Roll
  3. Spray with Antibacterial spray
  4. Wait 3 minutes for barteriacidal spray to work
  5. Wipe again with blue roll
