CLEANING PROCEDURES

  • Detergent Clean

Use hot water and washing up liquid.

  • Antibacterial Clean

Wash with hot water and detergent

Wipe with blue roll

Spray with Anti-Bacterial cleanser

Leave for 2 minutes

Wipe with blue roll

 

  • Floor Gel Clean

Deck Scrub area

Wet Vac Dry

 

  • Degrease Clean

Mix degreaser and warm water

Scrub area ensuring taking care not to allow solution to come into contact with food or oil

Wipe area with cloth and soapy water

Perform Antibacterial clean if a food surface ie worktop or handle etc

 

All cleaning chemicals must be stored in the locked chemical cupboard.

Never use a chemical if you are unsure how to use it correctly

Never decant chemicals in to other containers

Always ensure tops are secure after use.
