on good Friday we had pan leek, which is repairable but as our range is 10 years only this summer, we decided it was better to replace the whole piece of equipment.
It is a major job as it means taking the existing wall down that separates the front and back of the shop.. we even have to remove the window to get the range in! It’s a major investment in our business, some £80,000, and a sign of our commitment to remain in Euxton and continually strive to serve the best fish and chips we can.
It does mean we are going to have to close for a few days starting from 1.30pm on Saturday the 17th of June. We will reopen on Friday and Saturday the 23rd and 24th but close again the following Monday and Tuesday. We hope this doesn’t cause too much inconvenience.
