I have been invited today to attend the British Fish Craft Championships 2018 at Billingsgate Fish Market in London. The event is run by the National Federation of Fishmongers and attracts competitors from independent Fishmongers and also the supermarkets.
This event has moved in recent years and is currently housed in London’s historic Fish Market.
The contestants can enter a series of skills challenges from producing a seafood display to preparing Salmon in different ways.
We were treated to a great buffet of seafood cooked in the Billingsgate Training School
