This Tuesday we underwent a three hour audit to be assessed for the industry Quality Award standard.
I have been through the assessment a couple of times myself so this time I wanted Naomi, my manager, to handle the assessment.
Naomi, Tracey and the team worked extremely hard on the lead up to the day to ensure everything was ready.
The inspection checks all our records, equipment and practices to ensure we operate in a safe manner and produce food of the highest quality.
