This Friday we are celebrating National Fish and Chip Day. I will be down in London to help my friends Craig and Nikki of Kingfisher in Plymouth at an industry event where we give away portions of fish and chips to the public. I helped at this event last year and we gave away 1600 portions, all donated by suppliers.
I will also be doing something very exciting… I will let everyone know when I can.
In the run up to the day we are going to give away £20 Skippers Vouchers to five lucky people. We will also be raising money for the fishermen’s mission on the day.
I have been in fish and chips for 21 years and currently hold the position on President of the National Federation of Fish Friers
