I have a busy few days ahead due to my role with the National Federation of Fish Friers. This morning I am heading down to Shrewsbury to support the Welsh Area Council (yes I know they are at the wrong side of the border but it makes it easier for both north and South Wales to meet). There will also be a presentation by My friends Craig and Nikki, from Kingfisher in Plymouth.. winners of Independent Takeaway at the National Fish and Chip Awards in January.
After the meeting I’m heading up to Leeds as we have a board meeting tomorrow.
Straight after the meeting tomorrow we are all heading to South Shields, to attend the opening of the fantastic Colman’s Seafood Temple.. I have been looking forward to this since I saw the plans two or more years ago.
