I have been in the fish and chip industry almost 20 years full time and I have met some fantastic people and had some amazing experiences. Today has really caught me off guard and I am still stunned to have received this award at the National Fish and Chip Awards.

Around a hundred of my peers were asked who in the industry they felt had contributed the most to help the fish and chip industry and I am humbled by the thought that they felt I deserved this accolade. This Award has been given to many legends in the fish and chip industry and i am lucky enough to call there people my friends.
