We have been in the news again when Andrew helped Steve Bird if the Sunday Telegraph with a nice positive story about the work the fish and chip industry has been doing to ensure they can open safely.
We have a great network in fish and chips and we have adapted to the current landscape with certain working practices and using and automated time slot system. Skippers was one of the 250 Trade associations and businesses asked by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to help shape the guidelines to enable more businesses to open that was released by Government last Monday. We are very proud of our industry and it’s contribution through this crisis.
