I am travelling down to London on Tuesday ahead of the National Fish and Chip Awards on Thursday the 24th of January. I have a couple of industry meetings whilst I’m down there but will hopefully get chance to relax and catch up with friends!
This is one of the highlights of the fish and Chip calendar. There are many categories and it one of the main drivers for raising standards in the industry. I am honoured to be able to play a small part again this year along with many industry colleagues.
I look forward to seeing who wins and congratulations to everyone who made it to the finals. It really is a huge achievement!
