I have been busy getting everything organised for our refurbishment. We are having a Quartz counter top, new Stainless steel counter behind.. which can be dragged out to make cleaning more easy.
We have also taken delivery of a new bain Marie. This should keep our sauces in top condition and at just the right temperature.
