On Saturday the 17th of June we will close for a refurbishment at 1.30pm. It is a big job which will see the installation of a brand new state of the art frying range. This range will give us much needed extra capacity at busy times and will also enable us to serve more efficiently as it is an island style range, which means the chef is at one side and the counter staff on the other.
To further speed up service and minimise mistakes we are also installing and extra till on the counter and a touch screen check system in the kitchen that displays each order as it comes in and has to be bumped off once they are cooking.
It represents a huge investment into our business, and one that should ensure we remain at the top for quality for many years to come.
